I’m Kenji — a chef, dad, and the home cook behind Seasoned with Flavor.
I grew up in Japan and later built my cooking career in Australia, working across both Western and Asian kitchens. That mix shaped the way I cook today: practical, flavor-focused, and always open to different ingredients, techniques, and cultures.
As a dad, I also understand real family cooking — busy days, different tastes, and dietary needs around the table. That’s why my recipes are designed to be flexible without losing flavor.
